Computer Center for Migrant Workers’ Children

Yangdong Primary School is owned by government of Baoyang village and was created especially for children of migrant workers. In the Yangdong Primary School there are 3 grades, with about 650 pupils, but there was only 1 computer lab with 10 outdated desktop computers. Working together with CellMark and partners, the Education Bureau and the China Youth Development Foundation (CYDF), PaperSeed created a computer center so that all pupils could have the opportunity to learn essential computer skills.
