What are you most passionate about?

I am very passionate about social work. As you can see, I enjoy doing social work from the bottom of my heart. I'm passionate about humanitarian work, especially when it includes young kids and young girls like the work I do in EFA. I'm also passionate about meeting new people, because each individual has so much to offer and each has a unique personality that always seem to spark new thoughts within me.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working or volunteering?

When I'm off, I like to knit and crochet. One of my favorite things to do when I am not working is to travel. I love to experience new cultures and new individualities! They inspire me to learn more and more. I also like to go out and hang out with friends and family members.

Who is your role model?

I don’t have a specific role model. However, people that I came in contact with all of these years have all one way or another made a difference in my life, professionally and personally. Meeting people from different cultures always taught me new things. We are all different individuals and I am fortunate enough to have this experience which allows me to come in contact with so many amazing people that have taught me something new.

What is something you're really good at?

I am very good at my job, and I say that because of how much I invest myself in it. When you love something from the heart, then your job becomes enjoyable and you give it your utmost. These girls that I have worked with and continue to work with are my life. I work with them as if they were my own kids. I provide them with anything and everything, and in return I get to see their success, and I get to see the changes they have made along the way, and that is something that I truly enjoy doing, and I see as something I am good at.

Is there anything you hope to learn in the future?

I would like to travel more, because I would like to learn more about cultures in other parts of the world. As I previously mentioned, I like to meet people and excel at communicating well with others. As a skill, I would love to learn more about fashion; it has always been a huge interest of mine. I like to be able to keep up with fashion and to keep up with trends and also make my own style in a mixture with the current styles.
