This month's PaperSeed Champion interview comes from Joe Hoffman, Senior Vice President of CellMark Paper and Board Chair of the PaperSeed Foundation!

1. WHAT ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?

I am most passionate about my family, friends and work.

2. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN YOU AREN'T WORKING OR VOLUNTEERING?

Spending lots of time with my two beautiful daughters Katelyn (7) and Laura (4); being a very active Dad with their lives and activities. When I'm not working or travelling, I really like boxing in the local gym.

3. WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL AND WHY?

My Role model is and will always be my Mom. A women of amazing strength who is full of Kindness and generosity.

4. WHAT'S SOMETHING YOU'RE REALLY GOOD AT?

I love to cook and have improved considerably over the past few years. My specialties include a garlic infused prime rib with yorkshire pudding and Donny Potatoes. I also make a mean lemon panko crusted veal with fettuccine in a homemade Alfredo Sauce...

5. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU HOPE TO LEARN IN THE FUTURE? (LIKE A NEW LANGUAGE, INSTRUMENT, OR SKILL?)

I would really like to improve at Golf and Hit the ball off the tee and into the Fairway!!
Is that asking too much?
